Under the auspicious guidance of Pujya Gurudev Acharya Shri Roopchandra Ji Maharaj, Manav Mandir Mission Trust marked its 42nd annual day on December 31, 2023, at its Sarai Kale Khan premises in New Delhi. The esteemed event welcomed Shri Sudhanshu Ji Trivedi, a respected Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha, as the chief guest. Notable attendees included Shri Alok Ji Kumar, President of Vishva Hindu Parishad; Shri Shankar Kumar Ji Sanyal, President of Harijan Sevak Sangh and Akhil Bharatiya Prakritik Chikitsa Parishad; Shri Santosh Ji Taneja, Chairman of Sankalp Foundation; Shri Anand Ji Nahar and Shrimati Ratna Ji Nahar, Trustees of Jain Sangh, USA; and Dr. Ashutosh and Shrimati Anjana Ji Rastogi, Founders of Midland Hospital, USA. The event drew thousands of participants, adding to its grandeur.
The proceedings were presided over by Shri Subhash Chandra Ji Tiwari, a distinguished industrialist and social worker. The coordination was expertly managed by trustees and directors Sadhvi Kanaklata Ji, Sadhvi Samatashri Ji, and Shri Arun Yogi Ji. The event was hosted by Dr. Gaurishankar Raina, a recipient of the National Hindi Academy Award and former Director-General of Doordarshan.
During the celebration, the recently renovated ‘Dhyan Mandir’ within the organization’s premises was inaugurated by Shri Anand Ji Nahar and Shrimati Ratna Ji Nahar. A book titled “Sachcham Bhayavam,” a compilation of 151 articles from Pujya Gurudev Ji’s Speaking Tree, was launched. The collection, curated by the renowned author and philosopher Dr. Arun Prakash, recipient of the Swami Brahmanand Award, was celebrated. Additionally, a book in English, “That Hero Is Laudable,” authored by Dr. Arun Prakash on the ideals of Lord Mahavir, was released by Shri Sudhanshu Ji Trivedi, Shri Alok Ji Kumar, and other distinguished guests.
The program showcased captivating presentations by students from the Gurukul and children from displaced families in Pakistan, leaving the audience enthralled. The culmination featured a keynote address by the revered Guru Acharya Shri Roopchandra Ji Maharaj, and the successful celebration concluded with the distribution of prasad.
