
Under the guidance of Pujya Gurudev Acharya Shri Roop Chandra Ji Maharaj, the Manav Mandir Gurukul team, led by Sadhvi Samta Shri, visited remote centres in Pithoragarh district, Uttarakhand, from 04/01/24 to 08/01/24. Children at ‘Nagore,’ ‘Belkot,’ and ‘Pipaltad’ warmly welcomed the team with vibrant programs, showcasing their talents.
Sadhvi Samta Shri Ji emphasized the significance of education, acknowledging the increased educational levels of children benefiting from Manav Mandir Gurukul’s centres. The team distributed winter clothes and shoes to the children, appointed an additional teacher at Nagore, and decided to establish a library by April 2024 to cater to educational needs.
At Belkot, an annual grant of 10,000 INR was allocated for stationery needs. Manav Mandir Gurukul, supported by generous donors, aims to uplift promising children in deprived villages, ensuring they have the resources to pursue their dreams.
